Shipping & Customs Delay Policy

Our products are originally manufactured in Thailand and are shipped from our distribution centres in China. By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the purchased products are of Thai origin and will be shipped from China.

We make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timeframes; however, delays may occur due to customs inspections or other import procedures in the destination country. These delays are beyond our control and may vary according to local customs regulations.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE FILL IN YOUR ADDRESS CAREFULLY

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. To avoid delivery issues, please ensure all address details are accurate and complete.


RECIPIENT UNAVAILABLE

Please make sure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address. Depending on the local carrier in the destination country, delivery attempts will be made. If no one is available, the parcel may be redirected to the nearest depot or collection point.

In this case, the recipient must collect the package within the timeframe specified by the carrier (typically between 7 and 14 calendar days). If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.

All delivery attempts and collection point details will be recorded in the tracking information, which can be followed using the tracking code provided by the store.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Camisa de Time Europa is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the parcel will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to the same address.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer, the order is not eligible for a refund, and a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

After payment confirmation and order processing, the following steps occur: picking, packing, and dispatch. This process typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

You will receive your tracking number by email within up to 7 business days after order processing.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. However, factors such as customs clearance delays, postal strikes, adverse weather conditions, or national holidays may extend the delivery timeframe. The maximum guaranteed delivery time is 60 business days.

In some cases, such as deliveries to remote areas, the customer may be required to collect the package from the nearest collection point. Please ensure your address is filled in correctly to avoid returns. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the responsibility lies with the customer.


IMPORTANT NOTES
