Please note that we do not offer exchanges for mistakes made by the customer during checkout, such as incorrect size, colour, or model selection. We also do not accept returns of products once the purchase has been confirmed.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

Please note: We do not accept exchanges for size issues caused by incorrect selection during checkout. To help avoid such mistakes, we provide detailed measurements in centimetres on all product pages.

According to consumer protection regulations (based on Article 18 of the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code), we are not legally obligated to exchange items due to customer remorse regarding size, colour, model, or similar.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange due to a defective item, please email us with the following details:

  • Product name

  • Order number

  • Email used for purchase

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • A short video showing the defect (required if the product is faulty)

Once the information is confirmed and approved, we will provide the return address and proceed with the refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs.

Refund Methods

  • Credit card refund: Refunds will be processed through our payment provider and may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
